How do I return my order?
- To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original Packaging: Items must include original tags, security seals (if applicable), and be returned in their original box or packaging. The original packaging contains important barcodes needed for processing your return.
To return your order:
- Log into your account: Visit Fancytrnd.com and log into your account.
- Locate your order: Select the order number containing the items you wish to return.
- Start a return: Check the items you wish to return, select a reason, and submit your request.
- Print your return label: Once your return is confirmed, you will receive a return label to print.
- Pack your items: Place the items securely in their original packaging and seal them in a shipping box.
- Ship your package: Attach the return label to the outside of the box and ship it via your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns must be initiated through your Fancytrnd.com account to ensure accurate processing and timely refunds.

If you are located in Armenia, one of our representatives can visit your location to assess the situation. If the damage or defect is confirmed during this visit, our representative can collect the item on-site, and we will process your refund immediately.For other locations:
Contact us to provide details and photos of the damage. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item.

Do you process exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our fulfillment center:
- Inspection: It may take up to 10 business days to inspect and process your return.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary:
